In West Virginia we were hoping to go whitewater rafting. I had never been, and I found this kinda backwoods place that had a good deal. However, we were the only people signed up so they had to cancel it. We went on one of their downstream canoe trips though. It was 6 miles ranging from slow current to very rocky mini rapids. I don't have any photos of the latter since we had to put all of our energy into navigating around all the obstacles and making sure we didn't tip over!
We passed under some sort of decrepit old bridge.
There were some pretty little places you could stop along the way.
And sometimes it was just like looking into a mirror.
Then we pulled the canoe ashore and headed to the next adventure!
