When it's winter and you've got a newborn baby, "going out" gets creative. We went on a family trip to Barnes & Noble, even though Mike and I buy all our books on Amazon pretty much. Well, we enjoyed perusing the graphic novel section, the mystery books, the parenting books, the Mr. Darcy section-

RRRRRRRRRRRRR *record needle scratching*

THAT'S RIGHT, apparently there's now a "Mr. Darcy" section at the bookstore.

Why yes, the ladies can't get enough of the dashing Mr. Darcy. Unsatisfied with his plotline in Pride and Prejudice, they apparently demand a continuing story for his character... which requires several books by various authors. In case you are looking to add to your library, may I suggest the following, all available at the Ann Arbor Barnes & Noble?:

Loving Mr. Darcy
In the Arms of Mr. Darcy
Mr. and Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy
My Dearest Mr. Darcy
Mr. Darcy's Voyage
Mr. Darcy's Secret

...and many more!

Some of the worst books I've read (or started and gave up on) were Austen sequels. Why is it that your fan fiction can get published as long as it has Mr Darcy in it?
